A EFETIVAÇÃO DO ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM POR MEIO DA EDUCAÇÃO VIRTUAL
O fim do século XX foi marcado por muitas mudanças, no âmbito político, social e econômico. Nesse mesmo período houve mais implantação das Tecnologias em vários setores, devido principalmente ao Capitalismo. Assim, a escola se tornou um alvo receptor das Novas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, através de ações criadas pelo Estado por meio das chamadas políticas públicas. Com as novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação as formas de ensinar e de aprender se tornaram mais digitalizadas. Isso significa que a educação à distância é uma realidade cada dia mais presente, principalmente no atual momento em que o mundo enfrenta uma pandemia e que o isolamento se tornou algo essencial. Dentro dessa perspectiva faz-se necessário discutir ainda que brevemente sobre o efeito e o poder de aprendizado de alunos que precisam dar continuidade aos estudos mesmo que na modalidade a distância. A EAD ou educação virtual se trata de uma modalidade que ganhou força em alguns cursos universitários, hoje, as escolas estão optando pela educação desde casa para que as crianças e jovens não percam o ano letivo, mas o problema se situa principalmente no nível de aprendizado alcançado. Por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica será exposto aqui uma opinião sobre não só a importância do emprenho que o professor terá em enviar aos seus alunos o conteúdo de forma que eles aprendam como também a questão dos alunos que estarão em casa recebendo os conteúdos e estudando. À medida que surgem novas tecnologias, os setores sejam eles na área da educação ou qualquer outra, vão aderindo a esses meios como forma de facilitar o trabalho feito pelo ser humano. Assim, é certo afirmar que a tecnologia tem um papel importante na vida escolar tanto na colaboração do trabalho realizado pelos profissionais que aí está, quando na facilidade para aprender dos alunos utilizando-se de tais ferramentas. O objetivo geral será o de abordar sobre a EAD e a efetivação do ensino e aprendizagem por meio da educação virtual. Os Objetivos específicos serão os de: contextualizar o tema apresentando alguns conceitos relacionados ao termo educação virtual; falar da educação a distância e seu modelo inicial nas instituições de ensino; abordar sobre o uso das novas tecnologia de informação e comunicação; falar sobre a efetivação do aprendizado como um fator que parte mais do aluno que do professor. Dentro desse contexto é possível chegar a algumas questões sobre a vontade de ensinar por meio de aulas online e a vontade de aprender.

Abstract:
The end of the 20th century was marked by many changes in the political, social and economic spheres. In the same period, there was more implementation of Technologies in various sectors, mainly due to Capitalism. Thus, the school became a receiving target of the New Information and Communication Technologies, through actions created by the State through the so-called public policies. With the new information and communication technologies, the ways of teaching and learning have become more digitized. This means that distance education is an increasingly present reality, especially in the current moment when the world is facing a pandemic and isolation has become essential. Within this perspective, it is necessary to discuss, albeit briefly, the effect and learning power of students who need to continue their studies even in the distance modality. EAD or virtual education is a modality that has gained strength in some university courses, today, schools are opting for education from home so that children and young people do not miss the school year, but the problem lies mainly in the level of learning Reached. Through bibliographic research, an opinion will be exposed here about not only the importance of the effort that the teacher will have to send his students the content so that they learn, but also the question of the students who will be at home receiving the content and studying. As new technologies emerge, sectors, whether in the area of education or any other, are adhering to these means as a way of facilitating the work done by human beings. Thus, it is right to say that technology plays an important role in school life, both in the collaboration of the work carried out by the professionals who are there, and in the ease for students to learn using such tools. The general objective will be to address EAD and the effectiveness of teaching and learning through virtual education. The specific objectives will be to: contextualize the theme by presenting some concepts related to the term virtual education; talk about distance education and its initial model in educational institutions; address the use of new information and communication technologies; talk about the effectiveness of learning as a factor that comes more from the student than from the teacher. Within this context, it is possible to reach some questions about the willingness to teach through online classes and the willingness to learn.
