A EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE E AS AÇÕES NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE
O objetivo dessa pesquisa é
conhecer e analisar as propostas de educação
permanente em saúde (EPS) oferecida aos
profissionais atuantes na Estratégia Saúde
da Família (ESF),de acordo com a parceria
estabelecida entre Organizações Sociais de
Saúde (OSS) e Secretaria Municipal de Saúde,
no município de São de Paulo. Trata-se de
um estudo qualitativo, onde foram realizadas
14 entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas:
entre os entrevistados, 13 são funcionários
de OSS’s – desses, 6 desenvolvem ações de
EPS e 7 são profissionais que participaram
dessas ações – e 1 é funcionário público da
Secretaria Municipal de Saúde – responsável
pela EPS na ESF do município. A interpretação
dos dados foi feita pela análise de conteúdo
segundo Bardin, com as intersecções teóricas
entre educação e saúde – com base em Schön,
Ceccim e no Manual da Política Nacional de
Educação Permanente em Saúde (PNEPS).
Evidenciou-se que as práticas predominantes
de EPS, oferecida aos trabalhadores da
ESF, são ações baseadas nos conceitos
da Educação Continuada e Educação em
Serviço, por meio de metodologias tradicionais,com pouca participação dos trabalhadores
no planejamento e no desenvolvimento das
práticas educacionais

Abstract:
The objective of this research is to
analyze the offers of permanent health education
(PEH) offered to professionals working in the
Family Health Strategy (FHS) in the city of
São Paulo. In the qualitative perspective, 14
semi-structured interviews were carried out.
Being 13 with employees from 6 Social Health
Organizations (SHO), 6 subjects develop PEH
actions and 7 subjects are professionals who
had already participated in PEH actions and
finally the last subject is a public employee of
the Municipal Health Department, responsible
for PEH in the FHS of the municipality. The
interpretation of the data was by content
analysis according to Bardim, by the theoretical
intersection between education and health
as: Schön and Ceccim and by the Manual of
the National Policy of Permanent Education
in Health (NPPEH). He pointed out that PEH
practices offered to workers are actions based
on the concepts of continuing education and in-service education, using traditional methodologies, without the participation of workers
in the planning and development of PEH practices
