A EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SERVIÇO SOCIAL À LUZ DA NORMA OPERACIONAL BÁSICA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS DO SISTEMA ÚNICO DA ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL
Neste artigo, busca-se conhecer
como se processa a educação permanente nos
espaços governamentais e não governamentais
de três municípios. Por meio de uma pesquisa
qualitativa, utilizando-se da história oral, através
de entrevista semiestruturada, alcançou-se
conhecimento sobre as formas utilizadas pelo
órgão gestor para garantir educação permanente
dos profissionais de Serviço Social que atuam
nos Centros de Referência da Assistência Social
e nas Organizações Sociais. Com as narrativas
evidenciou-se questões referentes modalidades
de capacitação se formal ou informal, conteúdos
abordados, levantamento de sugestões de
conteúdos a serem trabalhados e garantia de
liberação do profissional para realizar atividades
relacionadas à educação permanente.

Abstract:
In this article, we seek to know
how is the continuing education spaces
governmental organizations from three
counties. Through a qualitative study, using
oral history, through semi-structured interview
was achieved knowledge about the ways used
by the managing agency to ensure continuing
education of professional social work of the
Reference Centres for Social Assistance and
the Social Organizations. The results revealed
issues concerning methods of training whether
formal or informal, content addressed, raising
suggestions of content to be managed and
professional security clearance to perform
activities related to continuing education.
