Abstract: This study delves into the analysis of mathematics education and technology use in the pandemic and post-pandemic context. To conduct this analysis, we draw upon an account of the challenges faced by me, as a teacher, and my students in the face of COVID-19 and social isolation. We start from the premise that teaching practices can present changes in the quality of education developed in the virtual environment. It is concluded that the use of active methods provided students with protagonism and meaningful learning.
