A EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL (PRÉ-ESCOLA) NA PERSPECTIVA DA BASE NACIO-NAL COMUM CURRICULAR (BNCC) DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ENSINO DE PRESIDENTE KENNEDY-ES
O presente trabalho tem como tema a Educação Infantil na perspectiva da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) da rede municipal de ensino de Presidente Kennedy-ES. Seu propósito é problematizar as práticas pedagógicas e os desafios que os professores enfrentam no tocante à implementação da base nas práticas cotidianas, identificando junto aos mesmos as dificuldades e potencialidades, ao trabalharem, em suas práticas cotidianas, o que as orientações da BNCC recomendam; elencando as concepções de educação e de aprendizagem em relação à intencionalidade pedagógica que a educação infantil propõe como ação predominante do desenvolvimento integral da criança e; elaborando um produto educativo em formato de e-book com orientações de boas práticas pedagógicas para auxiliar os professores da educação infantil no município de Presidente Kennedy. Como referencial teórico, a pesquisa está fundamentada no estudo aprofundado da BNCC (BRASIL, 2018) e nas contribuições teóricas de Vygotsky (1994), Oliveira et al (2013), Friedmann (2013) e Barbosa (2000). A metodologia tem enfoque qualitativo e foi realizada em três momentos: primeiro, a pesquisa bibliográfica; segundo, a análise documental; e terceiro, a entrevista semiestruturada que ocorreu em duas escolas: uma escola polo e uma escola do campo, com sete professoras que atuam nessas instituições. Foi possível perceber que a BNCC trouxe mudanças para o planejamento dos professores, mudou o olhar sobre o brincar no cotidiano escolar e nas atividades desenvolvidas. O próprio profissional concluiu que um ambiente de aprendizagem deve ser carregado de boas práticas pedagógicas.

Abstract:
The present work has the theme of Early Childhood Education from the perspective of the Common National Base Curriculum (BNCC) of the municipal teaching network of Presidente Kennedy-ES. Its purpose is to problematize the pedagogical practices and the challenges that teachers face regarding the implementation of the base in daily practices, identifying with them the difficulties and potentialities, when working, in their daily practices, what the BNCC guidelines recommend; listing the conceptions of education and learning in relation to the pedagogical intentionality that early childhood education proposes as the predominant action of the
child's integral development and; developing an educational product in an e-book format with guidelines for good pedagogical practices to assist teachers of early childhood education in the municipality of Presidente Kennedy. As a theoretical framework, the research is based on the in-depth study of BNCC (BRAZIL, 2018) and on the theoretical contributions of Vygotsky (1994), Oliveira et al (2013), Friedmann (2013) and Barbosa (2000). The methodology has a qualitative focus and was carried out in three moments: first, bibliographic research; second, document analysis; and third, the semi-structured interview that took place in two schools: a polo school and a country school, with seven teachers who work in these institutions. It was possible to notice that BNCC brought changes to the planning of teachers, changed the view on playing in school routine and in the activities developed. The professional himself concluded that a learning environment should be loaded with good pedagogical practices.
