A EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: DESAFIOS E POSSIBILIDADES PARA PROMOVER ESTÍMULOS EDUCATIVOS
Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar as estratégias que estão sendo utilizadas em uma escola de Educação Infantil do município de Presidente Kennedy, no sul do Espírito Santo, para orientar os familiares nas atividades pedagógicas do Maternal II, durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Para responder ao objetivo geral, os objetivos específicos são verificar como o planejamento está sendo elaborado durante a pandemia; discutir as estratégias e instrumentos utilizados pela escola para orientar as famílias no período da pandemia; verificar as dificuldades enfrentadas pela escola e pelas famílias para realizar as propostas de ensino, no período de pandemia; propor um Guia de Orientações que auxiliem a escola e as famílias nas realizações das atividades pedagógicas durante o período de pandemia, como produto educacional. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, exploratório e descritivo. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram professores, gestores e pais/responsáveis. O instrumento para a coleta de dados foi a entrevista aberta. A entrevista com os gestores e professores consistiu de 13 perguntas abertas, onde se buscou, primeiramente, traçar o perfil da amostra e posteriormente investigou quais as estratégias e instrumentos estão sendo utilizadas pela escola para orientar as famílias na realização das atividades propostas. A entrevista com os pais/responsáveis foi composta por 17 perguntas abertas, onde se buscou verificar como tem sido as orientações para as famílias durante o período de ensino remoto, bem como as dificuldades encontradas pelas crianças e responsáveis. Os resultados obtidos revelaram que, na concepção dos pais, um grande desafio tem sido a dificuldade de manter uma rotina de estudos e a falta de motivação dos filhos para realizar as atividades solicitadas. Para os professores, uma melhoria da educação remota torna-se necessária, com maior comprometimento da família, bem como acesso destas às tecnologias e à internet. Na visão da gestora escolar, a educação remota tem sido exitosa, tendo sido corrigidas algumas situações, como a entrega de materiais, a fim de melhor atender aos alunos e suas famílias neste período excepcional.

Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the strategies being used in a kindergarten school in the city of Presidente Kennedy, in the south of Espírito Santo, to guide family members in the pedagogical activities of Maternal II, during the Covid-19 pandemic. To respond to the general objective, the specific objectives are to verify how the planning is being developed during the pandemic; discuss the strategies and instruments used by the school to guide families during the pandemic period; verify the difficulties faced by the school and by the families to carry out the teaching proposals during the pandemic period; propose an Orientation Guide to help the school and families in carrying out pedagogical activities during the pandemic period, as an educational product. This is a study with a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers, managers and parents/guardians. The instrument for data collection was the open interview. The interview with managers and teachers consisted of 13 open questions, which sought, first, to draw the profile of the sample and later investigated which strategies and instruments are being used by the school to guide families in carrying out the proposed activities. The interview with parents/guardians consisted of 17 open questions, which sought to verify how the guidelines have been provided to families during the period of remote education, as well as the difficulties encountered by children and guardians. The results obtained revealed that, in the parents' view, a great challenge has been the difficulty in maintaining a study routine and the lack of motivation of their children to perform the requested activities. For teachers, an improvement in remote education becomes necessary, with greater commitment from the family, as well as their access to technologies and the internet. In the view of the school manager, remote education has been successful, with some situations having been corrected, such as the delivery of materials, in order to better serve students and their families in this exceptional period.
