A EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL INCLUSIVA E A FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES
Este texto apresenta discussões de uma pesquisa de mestrado que teve como objetivo analisar como se configuram as políticas educacionais voltadas para a inclusão do aluno público-alvo da educação especial na Rede Municipal de Ensino de Rio Branco/Acre, entre os anos de 2009 e 2019, nos documentos oficiais e na percepção de seus profissionais. A investigação envolveu análise documental e realização de questionários com profissionais do Departamento de Educação Especial da Secretaria Municipal de Educação. O trabalho analítico evidenciou, entre outros aspectos, que a formação continuada de professores constitui um dos desafios centrais da educação especial inclusiva. É fundamental que tal formação contemple as especificidades de cada situação educacional e de cada unidade educativa e seja um espaço de compartilhamento de experiências entre os profissionais.

Abstract:
This text presents discussions of a master's research that aimed to analyze how the educational policies aimed at the inclusion of the target public student of special education in the municipal education system of Rio Branco, between 2009 and 2019, are configured in official documents and in the perception of education professionals. The investigation involved document analysis and questionnaires with professionals from the Department of Special Education of the Municipal Secretary of Education. The analytical work showed, among other aspects, that the continuing education of teachers is one of the central challenges of inclusive special education. It is essential that such training contemplates the specificities of each educational situation and each educational unit and is a space for sharing experiences among professionals.
