A EDUCAÇÃO ESCOLAR NA COMUNIDADE QUILOMBOLA SÃO FELIX EM CANTAGALO - MINAS GERAIS
O presente estudo foi desenvolvido na Comunidade Quilombola São Felix na cidade de Cantagalo, no Estado de Minas Gerais, incluindo-se aí a Escola Municipal, que oferece de 1º ao 5º ano em Regime Seriado. Analisamos as expressões culturais das crianças regularmente matriculadas, de agosto de 2017 até maio de 2019, juntamente com seus costumes e representações culturais. Percebemos escassez da valorização cultural em interface como que dizem os documentos oficiais em vigor. A metodologia utilizada para a realização dessa pesquisa foi de +, mais ampla da Comunidade Quilombola São Felix. Analisamos essas informações apreciando a legislação vigente para comunidades quilombolas consumando um referencial bibliográfico sobre a temática. Vimos a importância de se trabalhar o ensino e as competências, levando em consideração o saber, etnia e os hábitos predominantes da comunidade. Foi-nos relatado que não há registro da memória, da tradição, através das histórias contadas pelos mais velhos. Nesse sentido, a cultura e tradição do seu povo possivelmente poderá se perder com o tempo. Notamos que os docentes que atuaram na escola durante a pesquisa, avistaram um olhar para a necessidade de se incorporar a cultura no ensino em sala de aula, possivelmente, muito ainda precisa ser feito, destacamos em especial: Orientação Pedagógica, Suporte da Direção Educacional do Município de Cantagalo, Capacitação e Motivação Docente, atualização de equipe multidisciplinar, onde provavelmente consiga efetuar a inclusão do Quilombo na Educação, na sociedade.

Abstract:
The present study was developed in the Quilombola São Felix Community in the city of Cantagalo, in the State of Minas Gerais, including the Municipal School, which offers from 1st to 5th year in Serial Regime. We analyzed the cultural expressions of regularly enrolled children, from August 2017 to May 2019, together with their customs and cultural representations. We perceive a scarcity of cultural valorization in interface, as the official documents in force say. The methodology used to carry out this research was +, broader in the Quilombola São Felix Community. We analyzed this information by assessing the current legislation for quilombola communities, using a bibliographic reference on the theme. We saw the importance of working with teaching and skills, taking into account the knowledge, ethnicity and prevailing habits of the community. We were told that there is no record of memory, of tradition, through the stories told by the elders. In that sense, the culture and tradition of its people may possibly be lost over time. We note that the teachers who worked at the school during the research, saw a look at the need to incorporate culture in classroom teaching, possibly, much still needs to be done, we highlight in particular: Pedagogical Guidance, Support from the Educational Direction of Cantagalo Municipality, Teacher Training and Motivation, update of a multidisciplinary team, where he is likely to be able to include Quilombo in Education, in society.
