A EDUCAÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA COMO FORMA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DO EMPREENDEDOR
O fechamento de empresas
precocemente tem trazido preocupação
e discussão em relação aos fatores que
influenciam o insucesso de alguns negócios.
Empreender é superar muitos desafios
e encontrar o caminho para ultrapassar
barreiras burocráticas, financeiras e até de
conhecimento e habilidades do empreendedor.
Neste contexto acredita-se que a educação
empreendedora pode ser um caminho para o
desenvolvimento do empreendedor buscando
a redução das taxas de mortalidade das
empresas, que embora segundo pesquisas
do SEBRAE, têm diminuído nos últimos anos,
ainda são preocupantes. Transformar uma
ideia em negócio rentável requer capacidades,
habilidades do empreendedor. Essas
capacidades e habilidades requeridas podem
sem aprendidas ou desenvolvidas através da
educação empreendedora. Assim, o objetivo
do presente estudo é demonstrar a importância
da educação empreendedora, fazendo uma
livre análise sobre o tema pesquisado com a
utilização de bibliografia de autores nacionais
e internacionais consagrados. Ao final são
feitas sugestões dentro de seis grandes razões
que justificam a importância da educação
empreendedora buscando identificar lacunas
que dão margem ao insucesso das empresas
sob o ponto de vista do preparo e conhecimento
do empreendedor. Desta forma, a preparação
do empreendedor para encarar o competitivo
mercado qualificará suas habilidades e
capacidades tão importantes para superar os
desafios.

Abstract:
The early closure of companies
has brought concern and discussion regarding
the factors that influence the failure of some
businesses. Undertaking is to overcome many
challenges and find the way to overcome
bureaucratic, financial and even entrepreneur
knowledge and skills. In this context it is
believed that entrepreneurship education can
be a way for the development of the entrepreneur seeking to reduce the mortality rates
of companies, which according to SEBRAE surveys, have declined in recent years but
are still worrying. Turning an idea into profitable business requires entrepreneur skills.
These required skills and abilities can be learned or developed through entrepreneurial
education. Thus, the objective of the present study is to demonstrate the importance of
entrepreneurial education, making a free analysis on the researched subject using the
bibliography of consecrated national and international authors. In the end, suggestions
are made within six major reasons that justify the importance of entrepreneurship
education in order to identify gaps that give rise to the failure of companies from the
point of view of the preparation and knowledge of the entrepreneur. In this way, the
preparation of the entrepreneur to face the competitive market will qualify their skills
and abilities. Aspects which are so important to overcome challenges.
