A EDUCAÇÃO EM MEIO ÀS DIVERSIDADES CULTURAIS E AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS
No Brasil de hoje, temos que lidar com as diferenças culturais, étnicas, gênero entre outros elementos que são critérios de estratificação social. Desse modo, para minimizar os impactos causados pela falta de aceitação que os seres humanos têm em lidar com as diferenças das outras pessoas, surgir-se-á, assim, as leis. Entretanto, existe um grande dilema sobre as questões legais. Entre elas a descriminalização de certos atos e a criminalização de outras práticas, por exemplo. Contudo, não deixou de haver diferenças entre as pessoas, e podemos até dizer que as leis podem ter parecido mais um entrave de que solução, pois com essas leis vieram novos obstáculos e, mais uma vez, aqueles que deveriam ser protegidos por elas, foram ridicularizados. Como problema a ser investigado neste ensaio, estabelecemos o seguinte: qual o papel das políticas públicas e suas ações fundamentais na sociedade para diminuir a desigualdade social. O objetivo foi analisar as políticas públicas e os resultados das mesmas até o presente momento, visando a diminuição da pobreza, muito embora, ironicamente, existem mais pobres do que ricos. A metodologia investigativa constituiu-se da revisão literária que já abordou o assunto.

Abstract:
In Brazil today, we have to deal with cultural, ethnic and gender differences, among other elements that are criteria for social stratification. Thus, to minimize the impacts caused by the lack of acceptance that human beings have in dealing with other people's differences, laws will emerge. However, there is a big dilemma over legal issues. Among them, the decriminalization of certain acts and the criminalization of other practices, for example. However, there were still differences between people, and we can even say that the laws may have seemed more like an obstacle than a solution, because with these laws came new obstacles and, once again, those that should be protected by them were ridiculed. As a problem to be investigated in this essay, we establish the following: what is the role of public policies and their fundamental actions in society to reduce social inequality. The objective was to analyze public policies and their results so far, with a view to reducing poverty, even though, ironically, there are more poor than rich. The investigative methodology consisted of the literary review that has already addressed the subject.
