A EDUCAÇÃO EM DIREITOS HUMANOS NOS CAMINHOS EMANCIPATÓRIOS – Uma visão sociológica
Como nascem as violências humanas? Uma pergunta para uma reflexão sobre as respostas sobre o que é a humanidade da vida e sobre como podemos conviver com base em uma igualdade de dignidade da vida. Se ainda não há uma resposta é por que ainda é necessário continuar elucidando a própria pergunta que pressupõe que se não sabemos como algo nasce e cresce também não saberemos como acabar com ele. Entendemos que a agressão está vinculada a natureza da personalidade ansiosa da pessoa e é passível de remédio para controlar e conviver com ela, assim como o conflito é próprio das diferenças humanas nas relações pessoais passíveis de acordos e controles. Mas a violência é a explosão da agressão e do conflito que gera o sofrimento humano e é descontrolada, indimensionável, circular e destrutiva. Por isso precisamos antídotos que não permita seu nascer. Apostamos na cultura dos direitos humanos como conteúdo da educação de todo o ser humano em sociedade. Neste texto, analisamos nossas relações sociais permeadas por ambientes de violência e pelos discursos sobre as ações tensas relacionadas a conflitualidades e agressões entre os indivíduos. Este contexto produz a impressão de que vivemos em uma cultura de violência, ou que ela já existe como um código de sociabilidade, uma norma social, mostra, porém que a educação escolar se constitui no antidoto a esta cultura. Ao contextualizarmos a violência como fato humano e presença cotidiana e constante, somos levados a refletir sobre a crise sistêmica, especialmente porque ela é refletida nos aspectos afetivos, sociais, políticos, econômicos e culturais. Mostraremos aqui que os estudos sobre alternativas à violência mostram que, primeiramente, há a necessidade de situar as configurações sociais de onde ela brota , as sociabilidades que atingem e a avassaladora onda de estranhamentos entre os indivíduos que colocam em risco, inclusive, as estruturas do Estado Democrático de Direito. Este artigo fundamenta-se em abordagem qualitativa e dialética de estudos bibliográficos.

Abstract:
How are human violence born? A question for a reflection on the answers about what is the humanity of life and how we can live on the basis of an equal dignity of life. If there is still no answer, it is still necessary to continue to elucidate the very question that assumes that if we do not know how something is born and grows we will also not know how to end it. We understand that aggression is linked to the nature of the person's anxious personality and is susceptible to medicine to control and live with them, just as the conflict is proper to human differences in personal relationships that can be agreed and controlled. But violence is the explosion of aggression and conflict that generates human suffering and is uncontrolled, unsizable, circular and destructive. That's why we need antidotes that won't allow them to be born. We bet on the culture of human rights as the content of the education of every human being in society. In this text, we analyze our social relations permeated by environments of violence and discourses about tense actions related to conflicts and aggressions among individuals. This context produces the impression that we live in a culture of violence, or that it already exists as a code of sociability, a social norm, but that school education constitutes the antidoto to this culture. By contextualizing violence as a human fact and a daily and constant presence, we are led to reflect on the systemic crisis, especially because it is reflected in the affective, social, political, economic and cultural aspects. We will show here that studies on alternatives to violence show that, first, there is a need to situate the social configurations from which it springs, the sociability they reach and the overwhelming wave of strangeness among individuals who put at risk, including the structures of the Democratic State of Law.
