A EDUCAÇÃO EM DIREITOS HUMANOS NAS PRÁTICAS DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL
Este trabalho apresenta uma discussão sobre a inserção dos conteúdos da educação em direitos humanos nas práticas da educação infantil. A pesquisa tem o objetivo de analisar quais conteúdos .predominam nas pesquisas publicadas no Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações Capes, sobre as relações entre educação em direitos humanos e as práticas pedagógicas da educação infantil (no período de 2006 a 2016).Trata-se de uma investigação de natureza qualitativa, com a abordagem de caráter bibliográfico e descritivo. Os resultados mostram que é importante uma maior investida nas produções dessa área de modo a se contruir um acervo que possibilite o trabalho com a referida temática, pois as ações em EDH são essenciais na educação infantil. Os achados indicam que algumas temáticas atuais vêm sendo inseridas nas discussões dessa etapa do processo de escolarização, dentre elas a questão de gênero, relações raciais, direitos das crianças e outros. Conclui-se que é possível conhecer, a partir do que as pesquisas selecionadas apontam, as principais contribuições da educação em direitos humanos para a construção de práticas educativas promotoras de uma ética comprometida com a promoção e a defesa da dignidade humana, respeito as diferenças, além de outros valores, no contexto da educação infantil.

Abstract:
This article introduces a discussion on the insertion of human rights education content at early childhood education practices. The research aims to analyze which contents predominate in the Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações Capes, researches about the relationships between human rights education and pedagogical practices at early childhood education (from 2006 to 2016). It is about an investigation of a qualitative research, with a bibliographic and descriptive approach. The results show that a bigger invest is important in the productions of this area in order to build a collection that enables the work with the related theme, since the human rights education actions are essential in early childhood education. The findings indicate that some current topics have been included in discussions at this stage of the schooling process, including the gender issues, education for ethnic-racial relations, children's rights and others. It is concluded that it is possible to recognize, based on what the selected researches indicate, the main contributions of human rights education to the construction of educational practices promoters of ethic and defense of human dignity, respect for differences, and also other values, in the context of at early childhood education.
