A Educação em Direitos Humanos na Formação Docente
O propósito deste artigo é identificar
e refletir sobre a formação de professores de
educação física para o desenvolvimento de
aulas que possam contemplar a educação
em direitos humanos, analisando o que esses
profissionais já conhecem sobre o tema
direitos humanos, e quais estratégias buscam
para desenvolver o tema nas suas aulas. A
pesquisa foi realizada com professores de sete
municípios, a partir do que determina o Plano
Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos
(PNEDH) e os Programas Nacionais de Direitos
Humanos (PNDH). Metodologicamente,
a proposta foi realizar um estudo de caso
quantitativo, com pesquisa de campo, que
consistiu no levantamento de informações e
estudo a respeito da compreensão acerca
da educação em direitos humanos. O estudo
analisou como os professores compreendem
as questões voltadas a função de educar, e
como se qualificam para atender aos desafios
inerentes a função. Espera-se que a pesquisa
contribua para o avanço da discussão entre
os professores e gestores nos municípios
pesquisados com o intuito de criar alternativas
que possam contemplar a educação em direitos
humanos nas aulas de educação física.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to
identify and reflect on the training of physical
education teachers in the development of classes
that can contemplate human rights education,
analyzing what these professionals already
know about human rights, and what strategies
they seek to develop topic in your classes. The
research was carried out with teachers from
seven municipalities, based on what determines
the National Human Rights Education Plan
(PNEDH) and the National Human Rights
Programs (PNDH). Methodologically, the
proposal was to carry out a quantitative case
study, with field research, which consisted of
the collection of information and study about the
understanding about human rights education.
The study looked at how teachers understand
the issues of the role of educating, and how they
qualify to meet the challenges inherent in the
role. It is hoped that the research will contribute
to the advancement of the discussion among
teachers and managers in the researched municipalities in order to create alternatives
that can contemplate human rights education in physical education classes.
