A EDUCAÇÃO BRASILEIRA E SUAS VERTENTES ECONÔMICAS
A seguinte pesquisa tem como
enfoque analisar qual a correlação entre os
indicadores educacionais estaduais e a renda
per capita brasileira, buscando responder se
há relação positiva. Assim como, examinar
se os resultados educacionais estaduais são
influenciados em decorrência do investimento
feito pelos respectivos estados. Para tanto,
utiliza-se de análises desenvolvidas a
partir do software R, as quais, por meio do
correlograma, confrontam variáveis como os
índices educacionais (IDEB e IOEB), renda per
capita e investimentos estaduais em educação.
Após a análise dos dados é perceptível que
são as oportunidades educacionais, e não o
investimento financeiro, que garantem melhores
resultados educacionais. Os quais, por sua vez,
asseguram maior inserção no ensino superior
que culmina em maior renda per capita. Ao final
de todas as análises conclui-se que existe um
ciclo entre educação e economia. Tal conclusão
serve como base para uma discussão sobre o
vigente sistema educacional brasileiro.

Abstract:
The approach of this research is
analyze what is the relation between educational
indicators and the Brazilian income per person.
Trying to answer if education opportunities are
positively related to personal incomes. As so,
examine if the state’s educational results are
influenced by the state’s investment. Dispersion
diagram and correlation matrix were made at the
R software. Confronting IDEB, IOEB and state’s
budget, variants related to education, and income
per person. After the data analysis become
apparent that the education opportunities,
and not the financial invest, results in better
educational effects. Which provides greater
integration in higher education, increasing the
income per person. After all analysis become
noticeable the existence of a cycle involving
education and economy. This conclusion could
be a base for discussing Brazil’s education
system.
