A EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA: PRODUTO DA PÓS MODERNIDADE E DA GLOBALIZAÇÃO
A História vem sendo moldada essencialmente com base no eurocentrismo e, apesar das fortes influências posteriores americanas e asiáticas, ainda é questionável até que ponto foi feita a desconstrução deste valor predeterminado há séculos. Os sistemas implementados no mundo foram se atualizando, porém há um questionamento profundo referente a uma real alteração no modus operandi do poder e da verdade, sugerindo que esta relação ainda perdura e, portanto, a centralização continua moldando as massas, até mesmo neste momento de pPós-ModernidadeMmodernidade e globalização da informação. A EAD representa uma ferramenta de formação de cidadãos aptos para se tornarem funcionais ao sistema-mundo, considerando ainda a mentalidade autônoma e independente de escolha.

Abstract:
History has been shaped essentially on the basis of eurocentrism and, despite the strong american and asian later influences, it is still questionable to what extent the deconstruction of this predetermined value has been made for centuries. The systems implemented in the world have been updated, but there is a profound questioning concerning a real alteration in the modus operandi of power and truth, suggesting that this relationship still endures and, therefore, centralization continues shaping the masses, Even at this time of post-modernity and globalization of information. EAD represents a tool for training citizens able to become functional to the world system, considering the autonomous and independent mentality of choice.
