A DUALIDADE ENTRE O SER MULHER E O SER POLICIAL: DISCUSSÕES ACERCA DO ENCONTRO
O objetivo central do trabalho em
questão foi problematizar a concepção sobre o
ser mulher dentro do âmbito da Polícia Militar
do Estado do Paraná na contemporaneidade, a
partir da análise da notícia “Policiais femininas
participam de encontro para a valorização da
autoestima do seu lado mulher” (SANTOS,
2013), levando em consideração perspectivas
teóricas do campo da Psicologia denominada
Análise Institucional (BAREMBLITT, 2002).
As discussões aqui colocadas são frutos
de uma pesquisa exploratória de materiais
selecionados conforme nosso objetivo, bem
como da possibilidade de acesso aos materiais
bibliográficos, sendo estes materiais as obras
de Baremblitt, publicações oficiais e não oficiais
de livre acesso que dizem respeito a inserção
de mulheres na Polícia Militar do Paraná e
notícias referentes aos encontros denominados
“Chá de Rosas”. O estudo também se enquadra
no campo denominado Relações de Gênero,
compreendendo uma análise de papéis
sociais que são tidos como, historicamente,
denominados para um gênero específico, como
é o caso do homem e da mulher inseridos nas
organizações da instituição Segurança Pública.
Compreendeu-se que os encontros “Chá de
Rosas” foram iniciados através da reprodução
de um discurso masculino dominante, propondo
uma divisão de funções de gênero, compondo
lógicas instituídas como, por exemplo, a ideia
de que ser mulher e ser policial diz respeito
a uma dupla jornada, levando em conta a
concepção de que toda mulher é dona de casa
e mãe, estando ligada ao trabalho no ambiente
público e privado, também uma concepção de
que feminilidade está atrelada a delicadeza.

Abstract:
The central objective of the work
in question was to problematize the conception
about being a woman within the scope of the
Military Police of the State of Paraná in the
contemporaneity, from the analysis of the news
“Female policemen participate in a meeting
for the valorization of self-esteem on their
side (SANTOS, 2013), taking into account the
theoretical perspectives of the field of Psychology
called Institutional Analysis (BAREMBLITT,
2002). The discussions here are the result of
an exploratory research of selected materials
according to our objective, as well as the
possibility of access to bibliographical materials,
these materials being the works of Baremblitt, official and unofficial publications of free
access that concern the insertion of women in the Military Police of Paraná and news
related to the meetings called “Tea of Roses”. The study also falls within the field of
Gender Relations, comprising an analysis of social roles that are historically defined
for a specific gender, as is the case of men and women inserted in the organizations
of the Public Safety institution. It was understood that the “Tea of Roses” meetings
were initiated through the reproduction of a dominant masculine discourse, proposing
a division of gender functions, composing established logics such as, for example, the
idea that being a woman and being a police officer concerns a double journey, taking
into account the concept that every woman is housewife and mother, being linked to
work in the public and private environment, also a conception that femininity is tied to
delicacy.
