A DOCÊNCIA NA EAD BRASILEIRA: TENSÕES E DESAFIOS
Este artigo discute a problemática da docência na EaD, apresentando um panorama das pesquisas desenvolvidas no Brasil entre 2012 e 2017, evidenciando tensões e desafios inerentes ao tema. A discussão insere-se no escopo de uma tese desenvolvida num Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação, que pretendeu compreender a docência na EaD à luz da dromocracia cibercultural. Para a construção deste artigo, realizou-se uma busca sistemática na BDTD e no portal oasisbr, gerenciados pelo IBICT. Os resumos das teses e dissertações foram sistematizados e analisados com o apoio do software Iramuteq. Dessa análise emergiram os temas: docência e tutoria; precarização e profissionalização do trabalho docente. Procedeu-se também o levantamento bibliográfico para fundamentação sobre os temas. Conclui-se que, apesar da quantidade de trabalhos sobre docência na EaD, ainda há questões a serem respondidas a cerca dos impactos na redução do trabalho docente, bem como na sua precarização e desprofissionalização.

Abstract:
This article discusses the issue of teaching in distance education, presenting an overview of the research carried out in Brazil between 2012 and 2017, showing tensions and challenges inherent to the theme. The discussion falls within the scope of a thesis developed in a Postgraduate Program in Education, which aimed to understand teaching in distance education in the light of cyber-cultural dromocracy. For the construction of this article, a systematic search was carried out on BDTD and on the oasisbr portal, managed by IBICT. The abstracts of theses and dissertations were systematized and analyzed with the support of the Iramuteq software. The following themes emerged from this analysis: teaching and tutoring; precariousness and professionalization of teaching work. A bibliographic survey was also carried out to substantiate the themes. It is concluded that, despite the amount of work on teaching in distance education, there are still questions to be answered about the impacts on the reduction of teaching work, as well as on its precariousness and de-professionalization.
