A DINÂMICA INCLUSÃO/EXCLUSÃO DAS IDENTIDADES DE GÊNERO NO CURRÍCULO DO CURSO DE PEDAGOGIA DO INSTITUTO SUPERIOR DE EDUCAÇÃO DO RIO DE JANEIRO E O PENSAMENTO DESCOLONIZADO
Este artigo objetiva refletir sobre a
contribuição do pensamento descolonizado para
a construção de uma metodologia de pesquisa
que investigue a dinâmica inclusão/exclusão
das identidades de gênero no currículo do curso
de Pedagogia do Instituto Superior de Educação
do Rio de Janeiro. Esta reflexão resulta na
aposta em uma produção científica que rompe
com o Paradigma da Simplificação, na medida
em que considera complexidades decorrentes
de processos de subjetivação e assume
um compromisso com a desconstrução da
colonialidade de gênero, problematizando uma
instituição social (currículo) e desestabilizando
as relações de poder que a constituem. Para
tanto, faz uma revisão bibliográfica dos debates
protagonizados por intelectuais negras que
também discutem a descolonização.

Abstract:
This work aims to discuss the
contribution of the decolonial thought for the
construction of a research methodology which
investigates the dynamic inclusion / exclusion
of gender identities in the curriculum of the
Pedagogy course at Rio de Janeiro Higher
Institute of Education. This discussion results
in the choice of a scientific production which
breaks with the Paradigm of Simplification,
as far as it considers complexities arising
from subjectivation processes and commits
to the deconstruction of gender coloniality,
problematizing a social institution (curriculum)
and destabilizing the power relations in which it
is built. Thus, this study makes a bibliographic
review of debates perpetrated by black female
scholars who also discuss decolonization.
