A DIMENSÃO TÉCNICO-OPERATIVA DO EXERCÍCIO PROFISSIONAL DO SERVIÇO SOCIAL NO HOSPITAL GERAL DE TAPEROÁ: um estudo de caso
O presente trabalho apresenta
as discussões sobre a análise da dimensão
técnico-operativa do exercício profissional do
Serviço Social, no Hospital Geral de Taperoá
– PB, assim como a materialização das ações
profissionais desenvolvidas neste âmbito,
compreendendo as atribuições e competências
privativas frente as demandas imediatas que se
materializam neste serviço. Esta pesquisa busca
também abordar o contexto em que pauta-se as
condições de trabalho das/os assistentes sociais
a partir da compreenssão e implementação do
Sistema Unico de Súde (SUS), instituído em lei
desde a década de 90 tendo como referência
o Movimento de Reforma Sanitária. Para
atender os objetivos propostos, este artigo
se configura enquanto produto de um estudo
de caso, como procedimento metodológico
trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, de cunho
qualitativo, a partir do método crítico dialético e
a luz de referênciais teórico-metodológicos que
elucidarão as categorias de análise. Para tanto,
coletamos os dados desse estudo através
da pesquisa com a profissional do Serviço
Social, baseando-se também na observação
participante do estágio supervisionado
vivenciado na intituição supracitada, buscando
assim, maior aprofundamento da realidade que
se apresenta no cotidiano do HGT. A aplicação
de entrevista semi-estruturada sobre o respaldo
da análise crítica, vem a desvelar a importância
da profissão para esta unidade pesquisada e a
necessidade de mais profissionais assistentes
sociais, a fim de fortalecer a categoria,
proporcionando formas de viabilização de
direitos mais efetivas, permitindo assim mais
respalto político, ideológico e material a esta
profissão.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the
technical dimension of the professional practice
of Social Work at Taperoá General Hospital - PB, as well as the materialization of
the professional actions developed in this scope, including the privileged tasks and
competences in front of the immediate demands that appear in this service. This
research also seeks to address the context in which the working conditions of the social
workers are based on the understanding and implementation of the Unified System
of Health (SUS), instituted in law since the 1990s with reference to the Movement of
Health Reform. In order to meet the proposed objectives, this article will be set up in a
case study, as a methodological procedure it is a qualitative field research, based on
the critical dialectical method and the light of theoretical and methodological references
that will elucidate the categories of analysis. Therefore, we collected the data from
this study through the research with the Social Work professional, based also on the
participant observation of the supervised stage experienced in the aforementioned
institution, thus seeking a deeper understanding of the reality that presents itself in
the daily life of HGT. The application of a semi-structured interview on the backing
of the critical analysis reveals the importance of the profession for this research unit
and the need for more professional social workers in order to strengthen the category,
providing more effective forms of rights, thus allowing more political, ideological and
material support for this profession.
