A DIMENSÃO RECÍPROCA DA INFORMAÇÃO NAS RELAÇÕES DE TRABALHO: UMA ANÁLISE SOB O PRISMA DO PRINCÍPIO DA FRATERNIDADE
O presente artigo se propõe a analisar a importância da informação nas relações de trabalho, bem como a importância de que a informação seja recíproca entre os atores desta relação, tendo como base o Princípio da Fraternidade. Para isto, parte-se do estudo da presença e relevância da informação nas relações de trabalho, ingressando-se posteriormente na análise da fraternidade enquanto princípio jurídico e, portanto, passível de ser aplicado ou vivenciado nas relações trabalhistas e, por fim, examina-se a importância da informação recíproca entre trabalhador e empregador, como forma de exteriorização do Princípio da Fraternidade.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the importance of information in work relationships, as well as the importance of information being reciprocal among the actors in this relationship, based on the Principle of Fraternity. For this, it starts with the study of the presence and relevance of information in labor relations, later entering the analysis of fraternity as a legal principle and, therefore, liable to be applied or experienced in labor relations and, finally, examined. the importance of reciprocal information between worker and employer, as a way of expressing the Fraternity Principle.
