A DIMENSÃO DO TRABALHO DOCENTE SOB A ÉGIDE DA REESTRUTURAÇÃO DO CAPITAL NO ENSINO SUPERIOR
O artigo analisa a importância do dimensionamento político que é dado ao
trabalho docente, visto que, a instituição universitária está vinculada a formação de
profissionais de qualidade social referenciada. Sendo assim, cumpre entender a real
intenção da reestruturação do capital no contexto de sua função mercadológica
definida pelas relações de trabalho na modernidade que no intento de responder os
interesses do sistema produtivo desenvolve uma nova configuração do trabalho
docente no ensino superior. Também, busca apreender, as transformações das
políticas educacionais como um dos componentes do trabalho docente assumindo
uma posição clara de interrogação, abertura, dúvida, diálogo e aperfeiçoamento.
Neste sentido, tem como objetivo traduzir a reforma da educação superior na busca
de um novo modelo de gestão do trabalho docente; entender os impactos das
matrizes dos organismos multilaterais e suas influências no direcionamento das
inovações para o trabalho docente; e por fim identificar a redefinição do conceito de
reestruturação produtiva, ou seja, como o trabalho é entendido e como o trabalhador
entende a qualidade para o seu trabalho. O desenvolvimento da pesquisa está em
fase de andamento e contará com a metodologia de análise documental, distribuição
de questionários e entrevistas semiestruturadas com os sujeitos envolvidos na
pesquisa, que são os professores gestores de cinco instituições de ensino superior
públicas do estado de Minas Gerais. Portanto, frente à lógica racional e empresarial
dos espaços formativos torna-se urgente identificar a concepção de gestão que são
incorporadas nos discursos científicos de viabilização de uma nova política do
trabalho docente, para então, gestarmos no ensino superior saberes que envolvem
valores e princípios mais críticos de uma sociedade.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the importance of the political dimension that is given
to teaching, since the university is linked to training referenced social quality
professionals. Therefore, we must understand the real intention of the restructuring
of capital in the context of its marketing function defined by the labor relations in
modernity in an attempt to answer the interests of the production system develops a
new configuration of teaching in higher education. Also, attempts to grasp, the
transformation of educational policies as a component of teaching taking clear mark
position, opening, doubt, dialogue and improvement. In this sense, aims to translate
the reform of higher education in the search for a new teaching management model;
understand the impacts of arrays of multilateral organizations and their influence on
the direction of innovation for teaching; and finally identify the new definition of
productive restructuring, ie, how the work is understood and how the worker 'quality
to his work. The development of research is ongoing phase and will be documentary
analysis methodology, distribution of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews
with those involved in the research, which are the manager’s teachers from five public
higher education institutions in the state of Minas Gerais. Therefore, opposite the
rational and business logic of formative spaces becomes urgent to establish the
concept of management that are incorporated into scientific discourse of viability of
a new policy of teaching, then, gisarmes in higher education knowledge involving
