A DESTINAÇÃO DE RECURSOS ORÇAMENTÁRIOS PARA POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E INOVAÇÃO NO ÂMBITO DO AGRONEGÓCIO NO MUNICÍPIO DE ANCHIETA – ES NO PERÍODO DE 2013 A 2017
Este estudo demonstra a análise dos recursos destinados às Políticas Públicas no âmbito da agricultura no Município de Anchieta /ES, e controle destes no período 2013/2017. Para a obtenção dos resultados, analisou-se documentação disponibilizada pelos setores de planejamento, contabilidade, Secretaria de Agricultura e Abastecimento, além de realização de estudo de caso mediante os dados analisados. Observou-se também, existência de propriedades não regularizadas, o que gera dificuldades, por exemplo, de obtenção de inscrição estadual, notas fiscais, documentos essenciais para obtenção de benefícios como acesso a seguridade social, que inviabiliza o fortalecimento e restrição à busca de novos projetos para a região.

Abstract:
This study demonstrates the analysis of the resources destined to the Public Policies in the scope of agriculture in the Municipality of Anchieta / ES, and control of these in the period 2013/2017. In order to obtain the results, we analyzed the documentation provided by the planning, accounting, agriculture and supply departments, as well as carrying out a case study using the data analyzed. It was also observed the existence of non-regularized properties, which generates difficulties, for example, obtaining state registration, fiscal notes, essential documents to obtain benefits such as access to social security, which makes it unfeasible to strengthen and restrict the search for new projects for the region.
