A DESISTÊNCIA DA CONDUTA INFRACIONAL POR ADOLESCENTES NO DISTRITO FEDERAL
Este trabalho tem por objetivo discutir o conceito de desistência da conduta infracional por adolescentes, a sua relação com os fatores de risco e proteção. A fundamentação teórica utilizada foi a Perspectiva do Pensamento Sistêmico e a Teoria da Criminologia na construção do conceito de desistência da conduta infracional. Apresenta-se uma discussão teórica sobre os conceitos de adolescente, família e sistema socioeducativo, relacionando-os aos fatores de proteção e aos fatores de risco. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa com a participação de dez adolescentes e seus familiares. O objeto de estudo desta pesquisa foi o adolescente autor de ato infracional apreendido em flagrante delito ao cometer seu primeiro ato criminal. Para compreender em profundidade o objeto estudado, a ferramenta metodológica utilizada para esse processo foi a Hermenêutica de Profundidade - HP desenvolvida por John Thompson (2000). É importante pensar, refletir, olhar e estudar a desistência da conduta infracional. Pensar em ações de prevenção que sejam direcionados para: a retirada do passado do presente (o abandono do rótulo de infrator); novas situações para fornecer supervisão e monitoramento, bem como novas oportunidades de apoio social e crescimento; e novas situações que fornecem a oportunidade de transformar a identidade.

Abstract:
This paper aims to discuss the concept of desistance of infraction behavior by juvenile, its relationship with risk and protection factors. The theoretical basis used for the Perspective of Systemic Thought and the Theory of Criminology in the construction of the concept of giving up the infraction. A theoretical discussion about the concepts of adolescent, family and socio-educational system is presented, relating them to protective factors and risk factors. A qualitative research was carried out with the participation of ten adolescents and their families. The object of study of this research was the adolescent author of an infraction seized in flagrante delicto when committing his first criminal act. To understand in depth the object studied, a methodological tool used for this process was the Depth Hermeneutics - DH developed by John Thompson (2000). It is important to think, reflect, look and study the abandonment of the infraction. Think of preventive actions that are aimed at: removing the past from the present (or abandoning the offender's label); new technologies to provide supervision and monitoring, as well as new opportunities for social support and growth; and new situations that provide an opportunity for identity.
