A (DES)HARMONIA ENTRE OS PODERES E OS LIMITES À LIBERDADE DE EXPRESSÃO
O objetivo da pesquisa é compreender a tensa relação entre os Poderes da República em especial a (des)harmonia existe neste lapso temporal como também tentar identificar eventuais limites para a liberdade de expressão. Após a base introdutória o capítulo dois, aborca acerca da (des)harmonia entre os Poderes. O terceiro capítulo estuda sobre a liberdade de expressão, afastando a censura e mostrando que os excessos devem ser coibidos. No quarto capítulo faz-se um estudo sobre a liberdade de expressão, demonstrando que deve haver limites, tendo por base os direitos fundamentais e os direitos humanos, devendo ser coibido qualquer atividade ilícita que atente contra o sistema democrático. Foi utilizado o método teórico-bibliográfico, onde a abordagem realizada foi feita através do método dedutivo e dialético.

Abstract:
The objective of the research is to understand the tense relationship between the Powers of the Republic, especially the (dis)harmony that exists in this time period, as well as trying to identify possible limits to freedom of expression. After the introductory basis, chapter two, deals with the (dis)harmony between the Powers. The third chapter studies about freedom of expression, removing censorship and showing that excesses must be curbed. The fourth chapter presents a study on freedom of expression, demonstrating that there must be limits, based on fundamental rights and human rights, and that any illegal activity that violates the democratic system must be refrained. The theoretical-bibliographic method was used, where the approach was made through the deductive and dialectical method.
