A DECLARAÇÃO UNIVERSAL DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS E OS PROCESSOS DE VIOLAÇÃO A PARTIR DO CONTEXTO DA PESSOA EM SITUAÇÃO DE RUA
A pesquisa da Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos e os processos de violação, a partir do contexto da pessoa em situação de rua é uma perspectiva para tentarmos analisar o fenômeno das pessoas em situação de rua mesmo em face à existência dos direitos humanos. Portanto, iremos tentar analisar o processo de violação de direitos deste público. Desse modo, no primeiro capítulo, identificaremos o que podemos entender como fenômeno da pobreza correlacionado a existência de pessoas em situação de rua; no segundo capítulo, definiremos os conceitos e as lógicas de organização social das instituições, a partir de Peter Berger; e no terceiro capítulo, verificaremos as estruturas relacionadas à situação de rua e violação dos direitos humanos. O viés metodológico implementado nesta pesquisa, foi de análise de textos, artigos e livros que esteja em consonância com o objetivo desta pesquisa, e faremos uma abordagem sociológica para um maior enriquecimento do mesmo. Logo, esperamos com esse trabalho compreender como se circunscreve o fenômeno pobreza em relação à Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos, ou seja, compreender os desafios da população de rua em torno do exercício de sua cidadania.

Abstract:
The research of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the rape processes, from the context of the person on the street, is a perspective to try to analyze the phenomenon of people on the street even in the face of the existence of human rights. Therefore, we will try to analyze the process of violating the rights of this public. Thus, in the first chapter, we will identify what we can understand as the phenomenon of poverty correlated with the existence of people living on the streets; in the second chapter, we will define the concepts and logics of social organization of institutions, based on Peter Berger; and in the third chapter, we will look at the structures related to homelessness and human rights violations. The methodological bias implemented in this research was the analysis of texts, articles and books that is in line with the objective of this research, and we will make a sociological approach to further enrich it. Therefore, we hope with this work to understand how the phenomenon of poverty is circumscribed in relation to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, that is, to understand the challenges of the street population regarding the exercise of their citizenship.
