A CULTURA POLÍTICA DO VARGUISMO NO BRASIL E DO PERONISMO NA ARGENTINA: UM DIÁLOGO COM A OBRA “MULTIDÕES EM CENA” DE MARIA ROLIM CAPELATO
Na América do Sul dois países são as maiores potências, Brasil e Argentina. Por isso, estudar a história destes países é fundamental para compreender a dinâmica geopolítica da região. Principalmente a cultura política vivenciada em ambos os Estados. Por isso, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a propaganda política de um dos períodos políticos, econômicos, sociais e culturais mais relevantes do século XX nos dois países, sendo os governos de Getúlio Vargas (1930-1945) e Juan Domingo Perón (1946-1955). A base para análise metodológica são os conceitos de cultura política ao estudar estes períodos fazendo um diálogo com a obra “Multidões em Cena: Propaganda Política no Varguismo e no Peronismo” que foi publicada em 1998 pela editora Papirus e escrita por Maria Helena Rolim Capelato. Sem dúvida, obra de grandes reflexões para o debate político presente nestes países que ainda é relevante para ser tratado no mundo acadêmico.

Abstract:
In South America two countries are the largest powers, Brazil and Argentina. Therefore, studying the history of these countries is fundamental to understand the geopolitical dynamics of the region. Mainly the political culture lived in both states. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the political propaganda of one of the most relevant political, economic, social and cultural periods of the twentieth century in the two countries, being the governments of Getúlio Vargas (1930-1945) and Juan Domingo Perón (1946- 1955). The basis for methodological analysis is the concepts of political culture as they study these periods in dialogue with the book ““Multidões em Cena: Propaganda Política no Varguismo e no Peronismo” which was published in 1998 by the publisher Papirus and written by Maria Helena Rolim Capelato. Undoubtedly, work of great reflections for the political debate present in these countries that is still relevant to be treated in the academic world.
