Abstract: This work aims to deal with education, one of the components of second generation social rights, whose law is inserted in article 5 of the Federal Constitution of 1998, which advocates that: equal rights according to the law, and that education is included, as well as the eradication of illiteracy, and in this way, the present work will analyze the incorporation of Restorative justice as a Public Policy for the prevention of violence in schools, since the school is an environment for the construction of knowledge, interaction and reflection of social issues, which the citizen takes for life, as well as for the community in which he resides, and therefore, it is questioned as problematic, that the school is an environment, so to speak, of approximation, of social interaction, in which conflicting issues can be worked on, while these young people will be able to use the learnings in their community, and thus become peacemakers, and for that purpose, that is, with regard to the development of respective work was used as problematic the study was based on a quantitative approach, being the method used the deductive, because it has as a goal the investigation of the theme, through already existing premises and as a result, to bring solutions to the problem addressed, and in addition , as for the methodology, the objective of the study is to explain, therefore, it ried to analyze data in order to confirm the hypothesis listed.
