A Crise dos Refugiados no Continente Europeu
O presente trabalho objetiva ressaltar a atual crise dos refugiados existente na Europa, haja vista a alta circulação destes aos países Europeus; e abordar de forma histórica, como se deu o início das imigrações, tanto de forma lícita como ilícita, buscando-se, de mesmo modo, trazer no presente trabalho os fundamentos dos tratados internacionais criados com base em discussões nos aspectos de direitos humanos e de direitos fundamentais. Metodologicamente, foram utilizadas bibliografias, vídeos, artigos, para que se pudesse contextualizar este trabalho. Ainda que a Europa tenha condições de resguardar os direitos humanos e fundamentais dos refugiados que buscam melhores condições de vida no continente europeu, os países europeus têm suas culturas muito fixadas, e mesmo que haja luta contra a não discriminação dos demais povos, existem algumas dificuldades para os refugiados, como língua, valor de sobrevivência, dentre outras. Nota-se que, independente do passar dos anos, os países em que mais ocorrem as migrações, são países que sofrem crises ideológicas, éticas, étnicas ou até mesmo financeiras, tendo que seus povos procurar uma melhor forma de vida e uma estadia mais segura, conforme a crise existente na República Árabe da Síria, em que milhares de cidadãos sírios procuram abrigo na Europa. Ademais, visa-se demonstrar que a crise dos refugiados não ocorre apenas no continente europeu, mas sim em todos os outros continentes, todavia, grande parte dos refugiados busca refúgio na Europa, por acreditarem que assim conseguirão viver em melhores condições do que viviam em seus respectivos países.

Abstract:
The present work aims to highlight the current refugee crisis in Europe, given the high circulation of these to European countries, as well as to seek, in a historical way, how immigration began, both legally and illegally, in the same way, to bring in the present work the foundations of the world treaties created on the basis of discussions on human rights and fundamental rights aspects. Methodologically, bibliographies, videos and articles were used, so that this work could be contextualized. Even if Europe is able to safeguard the human and fundamental rights of refugees who seek better living conditions on the European continent, European countries have their cultures very fixed, and even if there is a fight against nondiscrimination of other peoples, there are some difficulties for refugees, such as language, survival value, among others. It is noteworthy that, over the years, the countries where migrations occur most are countries that suffer from ideological, ethical, ethnic or even financial crises, and that their peoples seek a better way of life and a safer time , according to the crisis in the Syrian Arab Republic, where thousands of Syrian citizens are seeking shelter in Europe. In addition, it aims to demonstrate that the refugee crisis does not only occur on the European continent, but on all other continents, however, most refugees seek refuge in Europe because they believe that they will be able to live with better living conditions than lived in their respective countries.
