A Coordenação Pedagógica e o Desafio da Mediação do Trabalho Educativo
O presente artigo aborda as vivências experienciadas por docentes no exercício da função de coordenadores pedagógicos em escolas das redes municipal e estadual de Mato Grosso, no período de 2016 a 2017, com o objetivo refletir sobre a função desse profissional da educação no espaço escolar. Para a discussão, partimos do questionamento sobre a função do coordenador/a pedagógico/a e suas atribuições legais, e posteriormente, apresentamos as dificuldades encontradas no exercício da função e que se tornam obstáculos para a efetivação de um trabalho pedagógico significativo. Salientamos que o coordenador/a pedagógico/a se configura como um importante profissional para o desenvolvimento das atividades educativas, contudo, é preciso que haja uma definição acerca da sua real função. Mais do que documentos orientativos, é preciso uma lei que normatize essa função para que, assim, esse profissional tenha clareza do papel a ser exercido no âmbito escolar e consiga atender as demandas pedagógicas proveniente do processo educativo.

Abstract:
This article addresses the experiences experienced by teachers in the exercise of the role of pedagogical coordinators in schools in the municipal and state networks of Mato Grosso, from 2016 to 2017, with the objective of reflecting on the role of this education professional in the school environment. For the discussion, we start from the questioning about the role of the pedagogical coordinator and its legal attributions, and later, we present the difficulties found in the exercise of the function and that become obstacles to the realization of a significant pedagogical work. We emphasize that the pedagogical coordinator is an important professional for the development of educational activities, however, there needs to be a definition about their real function. More than guidance documents, a law is needed to regulate this function so that, this way, these professionals are clear about the role to be exercised in the school environment and can meet the pedagogical demands arising from the educational process.
