A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DOS TÉCNICOS EM ASSUNTOS EDUCACIONAIS DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DO PARANÁ NAS ATIVIDADES DE ENSINO, PESQUISA E EXTENSÃO
A pesquisa que está sendo
desenvolvida tem por objetivo analisar no
âmbito das Instituições Federais de Ensino,
mais especificamente no Instituto Federal
do Paraná, o cargo público de Técnico em
Assuntos Educacionais, sua atuação, suas
atribuições e as relações daí decorrentes. O
cargo público designado Técnico em Assuntos
Educacionais possui como requisito para
investidura no cargo graduação em Pedagogia
ou qualquer Licenciatura; destina-se às
instituições federais de ensino e é responsável
por coordenar as atividades de ensino,
planejamento e orientação, supervisionando e
avaliando estas atividades, para assegurar a
regularidade do desenvolvimento do processo
educativo. Dentro da classe dos técnicos
administrativos em educação, os técnicos em
assuntos educacionais são uma categoria
heterogênea e historicamente considerada
de forma secundária, considerados dentro de
uma relação de subalternidade na instituição,
conforme a revisão de literatura que realizamos.
Embora a descrição do cargo atenda ao
estabelecido pela lei, a realidade do trabalho
que vem sendo desenvolvido tem evidenciado
tarefas administrativas, distanciando servidores
de suas atividades típicas e da formação exigida
para ingresso, graduação em Pedagogia ou
qualquer Licenciatura. Neste sentido, esta
pesquisa auxiliará a orientar a prática desse
profissional, explicitando seus conhecimentos
e sua formação pedagógica, a fim de ressaltar
sua importância na instituição e evitar o desvio
de função. As análises serão elaboradas a
partir de revisão de literatura e da legislação
em vigor sobre o tema, além da aplicação de
questionários semiabertos aos técnicos em
assuntos educacionais dos Campi do IFPR

Abstract:
The research that is being carried
out has the objective of analyzing the public
position of Educational Affairs Technician in the
Federal Educational Institutions, specifically in
the Federal Institute of Paraná, its performance,
its attributions and the resulting relations.
The public position designated Technical in
Educational Subjects has as requisite for
investiture in the post graduation in Pedagogy
or any Degree; is intended for federal educational institutions and is responsible for
coordinating teaching, planning and orientation activities, supervising and evaluating
these activities, to ensure the regularity of the development of the educational process.
Within the class of administrative technicians in education, the technicians in educational
subjects are a heterogeneous category and historically considered of secondary form,
considered within a relation of subalternity in the institution, according to the review
of literature that we realize. Although the job description meets the requirements of
the law, the reality of the work that has been developed has evidenced administrative
tasks, distancing employees from their typical activities and the training required for
admission, graduation in Pedagogy or any Degree. In this sense, this research will help
guide the practice of this professional, explaining their knowledge and their pedagogical
training, in order to emphasize its importance in the institution and avoid the deviation
of function. The analyzes will be elaborated based on a review of the literature and the
legislation in force on the subject, besides the application of semi-open questionnaires
to technicians in educational subjects of the Campuses of IFPR.
