A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DO MOVIMENTO SOCIAL NA LUTA PELA SAÚDE EM ARATIBA DENTRO DO PRECESSO SAÚDE –DOENÇA E CUIDADO
O artigo objetiva evidenciar a
importância da contribuição do Movimento Social
que através da organização sindical, organizou
o sistema local de saúde, hoje referência em
atendimento SUS, sendo esta, uma importante
Instituição no cuidado da saúde e defesa da
vida. Os resultados apontam que a realidade foi
constituída de muito sacrifício, mas também por
conquistas dos trabalhadores, que graças a sua
organização transformaram o contexto histórico
de saúde vivenciado no município de Aratiba,
Região Alta Uruguai estado Rio Grande do Sul.
O desfecho do artigo destina-se a interpretar
o processo de organização e cuidado com a
saúde do povo menos favorecido e o importante
viés constituído com a questão social, que
foi fundamental dentro da história de luta dos
trabalhadores rurais, na construção do sistema
de saúde local e conquista do atendimento
gratuito, a partir da compra de um hospital
comunitário.

Abstract:
The aims of this article are to
highlight the importance of the contribution
of the Social Movement that organized the
local health system, today a reference in SUS
care, which is an important institution in health
care and life defense. The results indicate that
the reality was constituted of much sacrifice,
but also by the workers' achievements, that
transformed the historical context of health lived
in the municipality of Aratiba, Rio Grande do Sul,
and interpret the process of organization and
health care of poor people and the important
bias constituted with the social issue, which
was fundamental within the history of struggle
of rural workers, in the construction of the local
health system and the achievement of care free
from the purchase of a community hospital.
