A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DAS METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS NA MONITORIA ACADÊMICA
Este trabalho tem como objetivo
relatar uma experiência vivenciada durante a
monitoria da disciplina de educação em saúde.
Trata-se de um relato de experiência, que se
utiliza da descrição de uma abordagem educativa
realizada com estudantes de enfermagem, com
aplicação do círculo de cultura de Paulo Freire,
durante uma aula da disciplina de educação em
saúde, no mês de maio de 2015. O encontro
dividiu-se em três momentos: acolhimento,
desenvolvimento e avaliação. O tema discutido
foi: os desafios enfrentados na graduação.
No acolhimento, realizamos uma dinâmica de
relaxamento para o acolhimento dos estudantes,
foram geradas seis palavras, foram elas:
família, enfermagem, graduação, foco, futuro e
trabalho em equipe, a partir destas formaramse
subgrupos. No segundo momento, cada
subgrupo fez um desenho representando o que
significava a palavra e apresentou suas ideias
para todo o grupo e, ao final, foi lançada uma
pergunta avaliadora: “Qual palavra define este
momento?” A atividade possibilitou diversas
discussões entre os estudantes, os quais
foram protagonistas e maiores enriquecedores
do momento. A monitoria acadêmica é uma
oportunidade de ampliação dos conhecimentos
do monitor e um espaço de fortalecer o que já
havia aprendido durante o cursar da disciplina
e reforçar sua prática além de experimentar a
vida docente.

Abstract:
This paper aims to report on
a lived experience during the monitoring of
the discipline of health education. This is an
experience report that uses the description
of an educational approach carried out with
nursing students, with application of the culture
circle of Paulo Freire, during a class of the
discipline of health education, in the month of
May, 2015 The meeting was divided into three
stages: reception, development and evaluation.
The theme discussed was: the challenges faced
in graduation. In the reception, we realized a
dynamic of relaxation for the reception of the
students, six words were generated, they were:
family, nursing, graduation, focus, future and teamwork, from these formed subgroups.
In the second moment, each subgroup drew up a picture representing what the word
meant and presented its ideas to the whole group, and at the end an assessment question
was asked: “Which word defines this moment?” The activity made possible a number
of discussions among the students, who were protagonists and greatest enriching of
the moment. Academic monitoring is an opportunity to expand the knowledge of the
monitor and a space to strengthen what he had already learned during the course of
the course and reinforce his practice beyond experiencing the teaching life.
