A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DA TEORIA MARXIANA NA EMANCIPAÇÃO DA MULHER NO CAMPO DE TRABALHO ANTE A OPRESSÃO DA SOCIEDADE CAPITALISTA
A teoria marxiana, enquanto epistemologia que visa compreender a realidade à partir de sua história e em uma perspectiva de conjunto, relaciona as lutas sociais produzidas pelo sistema capitalista frente às desigualdades travadas entre a classe burguesa e a classe proletária. Apesar desse contexto ter emergido na Revolução Industrial, no final do século XIX, os conflitos de exploração e discriminação social ainda se faz presente no sistema capitalista vigente. Malgrado a entrada massiva das mulheres no mercado de trabalho, a opressão, a dominação no âmbito familiar e a sua exclusão da esfera pública persiste até os dias atuais, mesmo com a luta de classes na conquista por direitos igualitários e com a inserção efetiva da mulher no campo de trabalho. Neste contexto, o presente artigo visa analisar e historicizar as ações formuladas pelos membros da social-democracia, inclusive relatando o papel da mulher dentro do mercado de trabalho, a fim de questionar a possibilidade de articulação entre as categorias de gênero e a classe social para a teoria marxista.

Abstract:
The Marxian theory, while epistemology that seeks to understand the reality from its history and an overall perspective, relates the social struggles produced by the capitalist system against inequalities fought between the bourgeoisie and the working class. This context have emerged in the Industrial Revolution in the late nineteenth century, conflicts of exploitation and social discrimination is still present in the current capitalist system. Despite the massive entry of women into the labor market, oppression, domination in the family and their exclusion from the public sphere persists to the present day, even with the class struggle in the conquest of equal rights and the effective integration of women in the work field. In this context, this article aims to analyze and historicizing the actions made by members of social democracy, including reporting the role of women in the labor market in order to question the possibility of links between the categories of gender and social class to Marxist theory.
