A CONSULTORIA MUSICAL NA ELABORAÇÃO DE ROTEIROS DE AUDIODESCRIÇÃO PARA CONCERTOS DE MÚSICA INSTRUMENTAL ERUDITA: UM PROCESSO DE MUSICALIZAÇÃO
People with disabilities have been gaining space within society from various achievements, one of which is the Lei Brasileira de Inclusão number 13.146 of 2015. However, much remains to be done. For this, the importance of assistive technology resources is highlighted, encompassing methodological products and resources, strategies, practices and services that provide more autonomy, independence and quality of life to people with disabilities, such as, for example, audio description as a resource for accessibility to communication, bringing benefits when translating visual information into verbal information, especially for people with visual impairments. The present study is a descriptive and exploratory research on the choices for structuring an audio description script and musical consultancy for classical instrumental music concerts. The methodology, from the perspective of structuring the script, theoretically started from the concept of musical development, identification of chords, melodies and themes by Correa (2010) and the importance of timbres, intensity, tonality and sonority according to Okamoto (2002). A comparison was made between the suggestions of the consultant graduate in music and the final script in order to understand what was accepted. From the users’ feedback, it was possible to understand the effectiveness of the script. The result showed that the audio description team absorbed most of the consultant’s considerations. When the team created their own sentences, they were based on the music professional’s knowledge. The need to train the team on the themes and languages of the products for which the audio description will be developed and the importance of the participation of a consultant with disabilities with training in the area was highlighted.
