A CONSTRUÇÃO NARRATIVA DA VERDADE MORAL EM OTELO
O objetivo deste artigo é tratar do tema da verdade moral como uma construção narrativa e não como um dado real fora da linguagem, na perspectiva interdisciplinar, que visa desenvolver um diálogo entre arte e direto. Desenvolveremos o raciocínio interdisciplinar que conecta temas da teoria crítica do direito com o teatro shakespeariano, interligando razão e emoção na compreensão de temas. Na peça Otelo, esta noção de verdade está diretamente vinculada à linguagem como forma de poder de manipulação dos significados, que constrói, na mente do general, a ideia irrefutável de adultério de sua esposa Desdemona, que é por ele condenada à morte.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to study the theme of moral truth as a narrative construction and not as a reality given out of language, which developed a communication between art and law. We will develop an interdisciplinary reasoning that links themes of the critical theory of the right with Shakespearean’s Theatre, connecting the reason and the emotion in the understanding of subjects. In Othello's play, this notion of truth is directly linked to the language as a form of power manipulation of the meanings, which builds, in the mind of Othello, the irrefutable idea of adultery of his wife Desdemona, who is by him condemned to death.The purpose of this article is to study the theme of moral truth as a narrative construction and not as a reality given out of language, which developed a communication between art and law.
