A CONSTRUÇÃO DA IDENTIDADE DOCENTE NA CRECHE
A construção da identidade docente na
creche é o foco do trabalho desenvolvido de 2014 a 2016.
O objetivo geral foi investigar por meio de uma ação de
formação continuada desenvolvida, em um município,
qual a contribuição para a formação da identidade docente
na creche. A principal motivação para esse trabalho foi
a sensação de desprestígio e desvalorização que os
professores tinham por atuarem na creche. A pesquisa se
desenvolveu por meio da metodologia da pesquisa-ação
e de questionários aplicados aos professores. O processo
foi um pouco conturbado no inicio, mas os resultados
foram positivos, pois as professoras começaram a
reconhecer a importância das práticas pedagógicas na
creche e passaram a sentir–se mais fortes para lutarem
pelo reconhecimento social e salaria

Abstract:
The construction of the teaching
identity in the day care center is the focus of
the work developed from 2014 to 2016. The
general objective was to investigate through
a continuous training action developed in a
municipality, which contributed to the formation of the teaching identity in day care . The main
motivation for this work was the sense of
deprestige and devaluation that the teachers had
to work in daycare. The research was developed
through the methodology of action research and
questionnaires applied to teachers. The process
was a little troublesome at first, but the results
were positive, as teachers began to recognize
the importance of pedagogical practices in
daycare and began to feel stronger to fight for
social and salary recognition.
