A Constituição Outorgada de 1824
O presente trabalho tem como objeto
de estudo um dos maiores acontecimentos do
Brasil, que é a primeira constituição oficial do
nosso país. Esta que foi instaurada pelo primeiro
imperador brasileiro (de origem portuguesa)
Dom Pedro I, após uma tentativa da população
de se ter uma constituição voltada para o povo.
Este acontecimento tem como um de seus mais
característicos vieses o lado político, pois é
com esta constituição que o imperador começa
a exercer seu poder autoritário, mas de uma
forma um tanto velado, com plenos amparos
na lei vigente da época, assim a população fica
descontente por ter sua tentativa de república
fracassada. Apesar de o tema principal se
inteirar totalmente na história nacional e
algumas relações com Portugal, não tratarei
aqui de analisar esta interação, mantendo
o foco no território brasileiro, principalmente
alguns momentos após a dita ser implantada.
Teoricamente, o estudo foi respaldado pela
historiografia da Nova História Política,
contendo entre os nomes, Isabel Lustosa. Ao
final foram notados aspectos que evidenciam
as leis de controle e poder impostas por Dom
Pedro I, com o chamado Poder Moderador, que
estava acima de todos os outros poderes.

Abstract:
The present study is one of the
major events in Brazil, which is the first official
constitution of our country. This was instituted by
the first Brazilian emperor (of Portuguese origin)
Dom Pedro I, after an attempt by the population
to have a constitution focused on the people.
This event has as one of its most characteristic
biases the political side, for it is with this
constitution that the emperor begins to exercise
his authoritarian power, but in a somewhat
veiled way, with full protection in the current law
of the time, so the population is disgruntled by
his failed republican attempt. Although the main
theme is fully understood in the national history
and some relations with Portugal, I will not try
to analyze this interaction, keeping the focus
on the Brazilian territory, mainly a few moments
after being implanted. Theoretically, the study
was supported by the historiography of the New
Political History, containing among the names,
Isabel Lustosa. At the end were noted aspects
that evidenced the laws of control and power
imposed by Dom Pedro I, with the so-called
Moderating Power, which was above all other
powers.
