A constituição da república Portuguesa de 1911
Este trabalho dá a conhecer o resultado e análise de uma pesquisa efetuada sobre a primeira constituição da república Portuguesa (1911). Foi elaborado com recurso a um conjunto de documentos distribuídos por repositórios científicos.
A ausência de estudos sobre estas três constituições motivou a construção deste trabalho, em concreto, como surgiu a constituição de 1911, a formação do governo provisório e o conteúdo da constituição, posteriormente foi feita uma comparação com a segunda e terceira constituição.
O estudo descritivo permitiu concluir que esta constituição é uma denominação Política da República Portuguesa e possui uma forma de governo chamado de “república” com um modelo constitucional sob a forma de Estado unitário.

Abstract:
This work presents the result and analysis of a research carried out on the first Constitution of the Portuguese Republic (1911). It was developed with the resource of a set of documents distributed by scientific repositories.
The absence of studies on these three constitutions motivated the construction of this paper, specifically how the constitution of 1911 emerged, the formation of the provisional government and the content of the constitution, afterwards a comparison was made with the second and third constitutions.
The descriptive study allowed to conclude that this constitution is a political denomination of the Portuguese Republic and has a form of government called "republic" with a constitutional model in the form of a unitary state.
