A CONFIANÇA E O COMPROMETIMENTO COMO CATALISADORES DA EVOLUÇÃO DAS REDES
Nas últimas décadas o tema
de redes ganhou notoriedade na produção
acadêmica, com estudos sobre as variáveis
racionais, econômicas, sociais e institucionais
que buscam entender o desenvolvimento,
a formação, a manutenção das redes, as
relações entre os atores e a configuração, ou
os estados dinâmicos das redes. Considerando
a importância de relações sociais nas redes,
o trabalho tem como objetivo sustentar a
proposição que as categorias sociais confiança
e comprometimento são os catalisadores da
evolução das redes, incluindo as redes de
negócios. O fundamento teórico utiliza as
afirmativas da sociedade em rede, da ação
coletiva e do embeddedness, que colocam as
relações sociais como categorias intrinsicamente
relacionadas com as variáveis de decisões
técnicas, ou de negócios. Tratando-se de uma
proposição, com argumentos lógicos e sem
pesquisa de campo, adota-se uma abordagem
metodológica descritiva, com a seleção dos
argumentos de sustentação da afirmativa e
indutiva, com a seleção de artigos publicados com
resultados convergentes na linha da afirmativa.
A contribuição teórica esperada consiste em
valorizar e sustentar as categorias sociais
confiança e comprometimento como base para
a evolução das redes, com a distinção entre
motivos e bases; e a contribuição metodológica
é apresentar um desenho de pesquisa e
indicadores de confiança, comprometimento e
desenvolvimento, para serem testados na sua
aplicabilidade.

Abstract:
In the last decades, the topic of
networks has gained notoriety in academic
production, with studies on rational, economic,
social and institutional variables that seek
to understand the development, formation,
maintenance of networks, relationships between
actors and configuration, or dynamic states of
networks. Considering the importance of social relations in networks, the work aims to support the proposition that the social categories
trust and commitment are the catalysts of the evolution of networks, including business
networks. The theoretical foundation uses the affirmations of networked society,
collective action and embeddedness, which place social relations as categories
intrinsically related to the variables of technical decisions, or business. In the case
of a proposition, with logical arguments and without field research, a descriptive
methodological approach is adopted, with the selection of arguments for affirmative
and inductive support, with the selection of published articles with convergent results
in the line of affirmative. The expected theoretical contribution consists in valuing and
sustaining the social categories trust and commitment as the basis for the evolution
of networks, with the distinction between motives and bases; and the methodological
contribution is to present a research design and indicators of trust, commitment and
development, to be tested in their applicability
