A CONDIÇÃO DA MULHER EM CONFINAMENTO: CONTRIBUIÇÕES A PARTIR DA OCUPAÇÃO DO EDIFÍCIO SEDE DA PETROBRAS DURANTE A GREVE DOS PETROLEIROS
A pandemia do novo coronavírus confinou muitas famílias no espaço doméstico em tempo integral e, com isso, o trabalho doméstico e de cuidados passou a ser centrado, com exclusividade, na unidade familiar. As mulheres destas famílias são, neste contexto, sobrecarregadas, na medida em que suportam com maior intensidade a imposição do trabalho reprodutivo. A partir da experiência de coletivização de cuidados durante a ocupação de uma sala no edifício sede da Petrobras na greve deflagrada pela categoria petroleira em fevereiro de 2020, proponho algumas reflexões acerca dos desafios que a pandemia e a superação de seus efeitos impõem à sociedade, especialmente no que diz respeito à opressão da mulher na divisão sexual do trabalho em tempos de isolamento, a partir da teoria de gênero e da prática de comuns na experiência sul-americana.

Abstract:
The pandemic of the new coronavirus has confined many families to the domestic space full-time and, because of this, domestic and care work has become solely focused on the family unit. In this context, women in these families are overburdened, as they support the imposition of reproductive work with greater intensity. Based on the experience of collectivization of care during the occupation of a room in the Petrobras headquarters building during the strike triggered by the oil category in February 2020, I propose some reflections on the challenges that the pandemic and the overcoming of its effects impose on society, especially with regard to the oppression of women in the sexual division of labor in times of isolation, based on gender theory and the practice of commons in the South American experience.
