A CONCEPÇÃO DE CRIANÇA E A LEGISLAÇÃO EDUCACIONAL BRASILEIRA
Este estudo intenta apresentar as concepções históricas de criança e os marcos legais que orientam a percepção desses sujeitos para a Educação Infantil brasileira atualmente. A pesquisa bibliográfica de abordagem qualitativa tem como aporte teórico a Sociologia da Infância. Observamos mudanças de paradigma ocorridas sobre a concepção de criança na História e a legislação brasileira vigente orienta para uma educação que considere as crianças enquanto sujeitos sociais e construtores de cultura.

Abstract:
This study aims to present the historical concepts of children and the legal frameworks that guide the perception of these individuals in Brazilian Early Childhood Education today. The bibliographical research of qualitative approach is based on the Sociology of Childhood. We observed paradigmatic changes on the concept of child in history and the Brazilian legislation in effect prescribes an education that considers children as social subjects and makers of culture.
