Abstract: The objective of this project was to understand how internal communication can contribute to achieving strategic objectives using leadership as the main agent of communication and motivation of the internal public, using endomarketing as the main engagement tool. The importance of these three elements was analyzed in the present project, based on a theoretical investigation of several readings and application of a questionnaire with pre-defined segmentation in a medium-sized Information Technology company, located in the state of São Paulo, having as result how the analysis of the influence of the internal communication area and its channels as a maximizer of endomarketing actions.
