A COMPREENSÃO DO PROCESSO DE ESCOLARIZAÇÃO SOB A PERSPECTIVA DOS APENADOS DO SÍLVIO PORTO
O presente estudo foi realizado na perspectiva analítico-crítica da realidade dos apenados que cumprem pena na Penitenciária Desembargador Sílvio Porto. A relevância se dá no fato de possibilitar um conhecimento mais aprofundado da realidade educacional dos apenados que cumprem pena na referida instituição e conhecer como os apenados compreendem o processo de escolarização. Os objetivos investigados buscaram a compreensão do Plano Estadual da Paraíba de Educação nas Prisões, no Sílvio Porto, além de identificar as reais possibilidades de socialização, de aprendizagem, de reconhecimento de si e do outro, a partir da inserção na educação. Os desdobramentos metodológicos, partiram do acesso a documentos, como relatórios, estatísticas, leis, regimentos, resoluções, decretos e obras de referência, bem como os dados quantitativos obtidos no ato da pesquisa empírica. Os dados estudados, decorrem de uma pesquisa social, de caráter documental e bibliográfico, numa abordagem analítico-crítica da realidade investigada, na busca de uma compreensão detalhada dos significados e das narrativas dos sujeitos participantes da pesquisa. Os dados apontam que o Plano Estadual da Paraíba de Educação tem sido exequível em parte, haja vista a exclusão que ainda ocorre, pois apenas um percentual de 9,30% têm acesso à Educação Formal e 8,84% Não-Formal. Sobre tal realidade, a pesquisa revelou a ausência de critérios definidos e transparentes quanto à seleção dos apenados ao acesso à Educação Formal e Não-Formal, significando uma lógica seletiva, que envolve relação de poder, de privilégios, da boa vontade de quem seleciona e de sua convicção pessoal. Essa convicção é o que perpassa a realidade da Educação Formal e Não-Formal, na referida Instituição Penal. Desta feita, a pesquisa em tela muito contribuiu para a expansão do conhecimento da realidade prisional, bem como espraia a concepção da educação no cárcere sob a ótica da educação inclusiva enquanto possibilidade.

Abstract:
The present study was carried out from the analytical-critical perspective of the reality of inmates serving sentence in Desembargador Sílvio Porto Penitentiary. The relevance lies in the fact that it allows for a deeper knowledge of the educational reality of inmates who are serving sentences in that institution and to know how the inmates understand the schooling process. The investigated objectives sought to understand the Paraíba State Plan for Education in Prisons, in Sílvio Porto, in addition to identifying the real possibilities of socialization, learning, self-recognition and the other, based on insertion in education. The methodological developments started with access to documents, such as reports, statistics, laws, regulations, resolutions, decrees and reference works, as well as the quantitative data obtained in the act of empirical research. The studied data derive from a social research, of documentary and bibliographical character, in an analytical-critical approach of the investigated reality, in search of a detailed understanding of the meanings and narratives of the subjects participating in the research. The data show that the Paraíba State Education Plan has been partially feasible, given the exclusion that still occurs, as only 9.30% have access to Formal Education and 8.84% Non-Formal. Regarding this reality, the research revealed the absence of defined and transparent criteria regarding the selection of inmates for access to Formal and Non-Formal Education, meaning a selective logic, which involves a relationship of power, privileges, the good will of those who select and of your personal conviction. This conviction is what permeates the reality of Formal and Non-Formal Education in the aforementioned Penal Institution. This time, the research on screen greatly contributed to the expansion of knowledge of the prison reality, as well as it spreads the conception of education in prison from the perspective of inclusive education as a possibility.
