Abstract: This paper explores the dynamics of contemporary organizational environments, characterized by constant and unpredictable changes, and the challenges faced by Brazilian companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The global health crisis imposed a series of operational, financial, and logistical difficulties, forcing organizations to quickly adapt their management strategies and practices. The ability to adapt and innovate emerged as a crucial strategic differentiator for business managers. The analysis focuses on the acceleration of digital transformation, with investments in e-commerce platforms and the digitization of operations, which allowed companies to maintain business continuity and serve customers online. The methodology used for this study was a literature review of other authors' work to analyze the management strategies and practices adopted by local companies during the pandemic. Thus, it is clear that the difficulties faced required rapid and innovative responses, driven by digital technologies and robust strategic planning, in addition to effective management capable of adapting and innovating at a crucial moment.
