"A BUSCA DOS HAITIANOS PELO “SONHO BRASILEIRO”: A REAL GARANTIA DE DIREITOS DOS IMIGRANTES NO BRASIL”
Após a globalização e a interligação entre os países a imigração se tornou mais recorrente, e o Direitos Humanos juntamente com o Direito Internacional garantiu a proteção e apoio para com esses povos, sendo eles refugiados ou imigrantes.
Ao analisar o contexto da imigração haitiana para o Brasil, pode-se notar os desafios enfrentados pelos haitianos ao se reinserirem em um novo país na busca por melhores condições de vida. Essa pesquisa visa a análise da atual situação dos haitianos que residem no Brasil, visto que seus direitos não tem sido garantidos, devido a vários fatores que a pesquisa abordará. As políticas de integração e acolhida do Brasil, foram consideradas desorganizadas pelas entidades dos direitos humanos, o que tem refletido na vida desses imigrantes que buscavam por melhores oportunidades, porém a realidade foi contraditória as expectativas. De fato para que se compreenda a atual situação desse povo, é necessário que verifiquemos as causas e consequências de tais migrações, analisando a condição do país de origem, a garantia de seus direitos no Brasil, a sua inserção no mercado de trabalho, e o preconceito sofrido por tais povos.
É necessário a criação de legislação específica e políticas públicas, além da penalização por preconceito e xenofobia em relação a imigrantes e refugiados, para que garanta os direitos desse povo e para que não haja mais violação desses.

Abstract:
After globalization and the interconnection between countries, immigration has become more recurrent, and Human Rights together with International Law has guaranteed protection and support for these peoples, whether they are refugees or immigrants.
When analyzing the context of Haitian immigration to Brazil, one can see the challenges faced by Haitians when re-entering a new country in the search for better living conditions. This research aims to analyze the current situation of Haitians residing in Brazil, as their rights have not been guaranteed, due to several factors that the research will address. The integration and reception policies in Brazil were considered disorganized by human rights entities, which has reflected in the lives of these immigrants who were looking for better opportunities, but the reality was contradictory to expectations. In fact, in order to understand the current situation of these people, it is necessary for us to verify the causes and consequences of such migrations, analyzing the condition of the country of origin, the guarantee of their rights in Brazil, their insertion in the labor market, and the prejudice suffered by such peoples.
It is necessary to create specific legislation and public policies, in addition to penalizing prejudice and xenophobia in relation to immigrants and refugees, in order to guarantee the rights of these people and so that there is no further violation of them. -
