O artigo tem por escopo principal

analisar, de forma crítica, o fenômeno da

biopolítica e biopoder em âmbito escolar.

Notadamente, a cerne da pesquisa, está

correlacionada com a violência escolar,

denominada, popularmente, como Bullying.

Através da análise minuciosa da Lei anti-

Bullying (Lei nº 13.185/15), recentemente

promulgada, busca-se com este estudo

ponderar os aspectos normativistas da lei,

bem como contextualizá-la com o conceito de

sociedade de controle. Para tal, a primeira parte

deste artigo cuidará de expor o que é o bullying,

e os principais aspectos modificadores trazidos

pela Lei nº 13.158/15, por fim, a preocupação

será abordar a violência escolar pelo viés da

biopolítica e biopoder.

Abstract:
The main purpose of the article

is to critically analyze the phenomenon of

biopolitics and biopower in schools. Notably,

the core of the research is correlated with

school violence, popularly referred to as

bullying. Through a thorough analysis of the

recently promulgated Anti-Bullying Law (Law

No. 13.185 / 15), this study seeks to ponder

the normative aspects of the law, as well as

to contextualize it with the concept of control

society. To this end, the first part of this article will take care to expose what is bullying,

and the main modifying aspects brought by Law No. 13.158 / 15, finally, the concern

will be to address school violence through the bias of biopolitics and biopower.
