A ATUAÇAO MÉDICA NA AVALIAÇÃO DOS SINAIS E SINTOMAS NAS LESÕES DE BASE CRÂNIO.
O TCE é uma situação comum no cotidiano médico, responsável por altas taxas de mortalidade e morbidade em todo o mundo. O principal mecanismo do TCE pode ser classificado como lesão cerebral focal, resultando em contusão, laceração e hemorragia intracraniana por trauma local direto.O manual de codificações de lesões AIS 2005 traz os seguintes sinais clínicos para fratura de base de crânio media e inferior: hemotimpano, o hematoma em mastóide e a otorreia , rinorreia e a equimose ou hematoma periorbital. O diagnostico da FBC tem sido de grande importância e utilidade para todos, aumentando a maior sobrevida de um paciente de traumatismo craniocefalico .Este resumo visa enaltecer a importância e a relevância de identificar a clinica dos sinais e sintomas das lesões de base de crânio.

Abstract:
TBI is a common situation in medical practice, responsible for high rates of mortality and morbidity worldwide. The main mechanism of TBI can be classified as focal brain injury, resulting in contusion, laceration and intracranial hemorrhage from direct local trauma. The AIS 2005 injury coding manual brings the following clinical signs for middle and lower skull base fracture: hemotympanum , mastoid hematoma and otorrhea, rhinorrhea and ecchymosis or periorbital hematoma. The diagnosis of FBC has been of great importance and usefulness for all, increasing the longest survival of a traumatic brain-cephalic patient. This summary aims to highlight the importance and relevance of identifying the clinic of the signs and symptoms of skull-based lesions.
