A ATUAÇÃO DO SUPERVISOR EDUCACIONAL NA FORMAÇÃO DO DOCENTE POR UM VIÉS NEUROCIENTÍFICO
Este artigo, realizado por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico, tem por tema a atuação do Supervisor Educacional na formação do docente por um viés neurocientífico. Neste contexto, o objetivo geral é compreender como a ação do supervisor possui elevado destaque no contexto educacional, sendo importantíssimo para prática profissional manter-se atualizado sobre os processos de ensino-aprendizagem e ser um agente fomentador de boas práticas de estudos do corpo docente, contribuindo pra a formação da equipe. A neurociência auxilia a compreender os caminhos por onde a aprendizagem passa e ajuda nas estratégias pedagógicas a serem adotadas, uma vez que se compreendem os processos e identificam-se situações-problema que surgem, além do objetivo aonde se quer chegar.

Abstract:
This article, accomplished through out a bibliographic survey, has as theme The role of the Educational Supervisor in teacher training from a neuroscientific point of view. In this context, its general objective is to understand how the supervisor's action has a high spotlight in the educational context, and it is extremely important for professional practice mantaining itself actual in the current teaching-learning processes and to be an agent that promotes good practices in faculty studies, contributing to the formation of the team. Neuroscience assists to understand the paths through which learning passes and help in the pedagogical strategies to be adopted, once the processes are understood, it identifies problem situations that arise, beyond the goal which one wants to reach.
