A ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NA NEOPLASIA MALIGNA MAMÁRIA GESTACIONAL
Este estudo aborda a atuação do enfermeiro diante a neoplasia maligna mamária gestacional, ao qual possui como objetivo identificar a importância e o papel do enfermeiro na atuação das atividades de promoção e proteção das gestantes que apresentam câncer de mama, abordando a importância do diagnóstico precoce; o estadiamento da doença; a atuação da assistência de enfermagem, envolvendo respectivos diagnósticos e intervenções; e o autoexame das mamas. O método abordado foi a revisão simples de literatura nas bases de dados LILACS, BIBLIOMED, BIREME, SCIELO, BVS, BDENF, NCBI e Ministério da Saúde, com a busca em artigos e publicações do ano de 2005 a 2016, sendo evidenciado a escassez de textos científicos referentes ao assunto. Foram selecionados artigos em português e inglês, e excluído as referências duplicadas. Frente aos resultados, observa-se que é um tema não muito discutido, sendo assim, há falta de preparo por parte de alguns profissionais enfermeiros ao lidar com a situação. Assim, destaca-se o quanto é importante esses profissionais possuírem uma compreensão acerca do assunto e transporem a necessidade da gestante valorizar a prevenção através de um autocuidado para o rastreamento e possível diagnóstico precoce. Junto a isso, é preciso também fornecer ações educativas e consultas qualificadas com destaque ao exame físico de modo minucioso e humanizado.

Abstract:
This study addresses the role of nurses in the face of gestational breast malignancy, which aims to identify the importance and role of nurses in the activities of promotion and protection of pregnant women who have breast cancer, addressing the importance of early diagnosis; disease staging; the performance of nursing care, involving respective diagnoses and interventions; and breast self-examination. The approached method was a simple literature review in the LILACS, BIBLIOMED, BIREME, SCIELO, BVS, BDENF, NCBI and Ministry of Health databases, with a search for articles and publications from 2005 to 2016, evidencing the scarcity of scientific texts on the subject. Articles in Portuguese and English were selected, and duplicate references were excluded. In view of the results, it is observed that it is a topic that is not much discussed, therefore, there is a lack of preparation on the part of some professional nurses when dealing with the situation. Thus, it is highlighted how important it is for these professionals to have an understanding of the subject and overcome the need for pregnant women to value prevention through self-care for screening and possible early diagnosis. Along with this, it is also necessary to provide educational actions and qualified consultations with emphasis on physical examination in a detailed and humanized way.
