A ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NA CLASSIFICAÇÃO DE RISCO DA URGÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA
A implementação do serviço de
“Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco”, servi
para quando a gestante ou a puérpera procurar
pelo serviço de urgência/emergência, possa
ser atendida de acordo com a complexidade
do seu caso. Objetivou-se analisar, na
literatura nacional, a atuação do enfermeiro na
classificação de risco das urgências obstétricas.
Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, onde
as fontes de busca foram de dados do Scientifc
Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), Literatura
Latino - Americana e do Caribe em Ciências
da Saúde (LILACS) e a Base de Dados de
Enfermagem (BDENF), publicados no período
2008 a 2018. Os resultados revelaram que
vários foram os motivos de procurar por
atendimento em serviços de urgência obstétrica
com maior destaque a pré-eclâmpsia. O
enfermeiro foi apontado como profissional
importante no acolhimento e classificação de
riscos destas gestantes, onde a Sistematização
da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) deve
fazer parte desta atuação. Portanto, a limitação
do estudo foi a escassez de artigos envolvendo o tema.

Abstract:
The implementation of the “Reception with Risk Classification” service,
serves for when the pregnant woman or the puerpera seeks the emergency / emergency
service, can be taken care of according to the complexity of your case. The objective
of this study was to analyze, in the national literature, the nurse’s role in the risk
classification of obstetric emergencies. It is a bibliographical research, the sources of
search were data from the Scientifc Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American
and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and the Nursing Database (
BDENF), published in the period 2008 to 2018. The results revealed that several were
the reasons to seek care in obstetric emergency services with a higher emphasis on
preeclampsia. The nurse was identified as an important professional in the reception
and risk classification of these pregnant women, where Nursing Care Systematization
(SAE) should be part of this action. Therefore, the limitation of the study was the scarcity
of articles involving the theme.
